In the case of autotrading, the most important distinction is between the sale of cars itself and the introduction of vehicles into the national territory. From BDO's perspective, the obligation to register most often arises not because the company sells cars, but because it imports or makes an intra-Community acquisition of new or used vehicles and introduces them for the first time into the territory of Poland for distribution.
