PPWR – what is it?

The PPWR Regulation applies to all types of packaging
placed on the European Union market, regardless of the material from which they are made, their type or the sector of the economy in which they are used. The requirements under the PPWR will be phased in gradually until 2040; therefore, all entities covered by the regulation should prepare accordingly for the subsequent stages of its implementation.
