If the entity has not yet made its first login, the temporary password assigned by the Marshal's Office shall be used. In practice, it is best for a company not to base all access to the system on one person, but to organise the roles from the outset: who is the main user, who is in charge of records, who is in charge of reporting and who has only auxiliary access.
