BDO System annual fee, Registration fee

An entrepreneur who, as a result of his/her activity, places packaging or products (tyres, oils, lubricants), batteries and accumulators or electrical and electronic equipment on the market, must obtain an entry in the BDO register. Obtaining an entry and maintaining it in subsequent years requires payment of the relevant BDO fees: a registration fee and an annual fee.

The BDO registration fee, i.e. the fee for adding a company to the BDO register, paid by the entity indicated in Article 57(1) of the Waste Act when submitting the first registration application is respectively:

  • PLN 200 in the case of micro-entrepreneurs,
  • PLN 800 in other cases.

The BDO annual fee, i.e. the fee for maintaining an entry about a company in the BDO register, which is paid by the entities indicated in Article 57(1) of the Waste Act, is respectively:

  • PLN 200 in the case of micro-entrepreneurs,
  • PLN 800 in other cases.

By when must the BDO fee be paid?

 The BDO annual fee, i.e. the fee for maintaining an entry about your company in the register, should be paid by the last day of February for the calendar year in question.
