Comprehensive environmental consultancy for companies

Comprehensive environmental consulting for companies

Our team's many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Polish and European regulations mean that we offer comprehensive environmental consultancy to companies throughout Poland and the European Union.

We support companies of all sizes
in complying with all environmental obligations - from registration in databases (BDO, KOBiZE) and environmental reporting to obtaining permits and preparing for inspections by the authorities.

We operate in a professional and timely manner, taking an individual approach to each client's needs. Our nationwide and EU support allows companies to focus on their core business, confident that environmental protection for businesses is in good hands

Scope of services - Poland

BDO service and waste management

  • Registration of the company in the BDO register (Database of Products and Packaging and Waste Management) - we complete applications and register the company in BDO (failure to make the required entry may result in a fine of up to PLN 1 million)
  • Keeping records of waste and packaging in the BDO system - we deal with the ongoing input of data on waste generated and packaging introduced, in accordance with current legislation.
  • Preparation of BDO annual reports - we prepare and submit the mandatory reports (waste, packaging, disposable products, etc.) on time via the BDO platform.
  • Waste management consultancy - we help classify waste, optimise waste management processes and identify best practices to minimise the risk of penalties and ensure compliance.

Reporting to the KOBiZE and environmental charges

  • Reports to KOBiZE - we prepare and send annual reports to the KOBiZE database (National Greenhouse Gas Emissions Database).
and other substances), containing data on air emissions from the company's activities. We ensure that the data are correct and that the deadline for submission of the report is met.
  • Environmental charges - we calculate the environmental charges due and prepare the required lists for the relevant Marshal's Office. With our assistance, the company is assured that all charges and documents are settled correctly and on time.
  • Other environmental reports - we complete and submit additional reports required by regulation, arising from the specific nature of the business (e.g. reports to the CRO on refrigeration equipment with F-gases). We help identify all the company's reporting obligations and fulfil them.
  • Comprehensive environmental outsourcing - we take over all the day-to-day environmental responsibilities of the company, relieving the entrepreneur. On behalf of the client, we keep records, prepare reports, submit applications and monitor deadlines - so that the company always meets its obligations in accordance with the law.
  • Ongoing expert advice - we provide ongoing expert oversight. We monitor regulatory developments and keep you informed of new requirements and remind you of upcoming reporting deadlines. When in doubt or when new issues arise, we provide prompt consultation and expert advice.
  • Preparation for inspections and representation - we prepare the company for inspections by environmental authorities (e.g. an audit prior to a visit by the Provincial Environmental Inspectorate). We represent the client in contacts with environmental administration authorities,
such as the WIOŚ, Marshal Offices or Wody Polskie. We make sure that the company's interests are duly protected and that any explanations or documents are provided to the authorities in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Environmental audit and training - we carry out in-depth environmental audits at workplaces, checking operations for compliance and identifying areas for improvement. Following the audit, we make recommendations for improvement. We also provide training for employees on environmental responsibilities and the implementation of good environmental practices in day-to-day company operations.

Registration and reporting obligations in the EU

  • Registration in foreign systems - we assist companies operating internationally in fulfilling their registration obligations in other EU countries. Support includes, among other things, the registration of products and packaging in foreign databases and environmental registers (for example, the LUCID system in Germany for packaging and analogous registers in other EU countries). We ensure correct registration of the company and its products in all required markets.
  • Extended Producer Responsibility (ROP/EPR) - we offer support for ROP obligations within the European Union. We help you meet the recovery and recycling requirements for packaging, waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), batteries and other products subject to Extended Producer Responsibility legislation. We ensure compliance with local regulations, including settlements with recovery organisations and submission of required reports in each country.
  • Coordination of international reporting - for companies operating in multiple EU countries, we offer coordination of all environmental obligations at international level. We ensure that the company complies with the local requirements of each country (timely submission of reports, payment of fees due, renewal of registrations, etc.), guaranteeing a uniform standard of service across all company branches within the Union.
  • Implementation of EU directives and regulations - we advise on how to bring your business into compliance with the requirements of EU environmental directives and regulations. We analyse regulations (e.g. waste directives, water directives, industrial emissions directives,) and help implement the appropriate measures so that the company meets all the requirements of EU law and national laws implementing these regulations.
  • Preparing for new requirements - we keep abreast of European environmental initiatives and help businesses prepare for upcoming changes. Among other things, we advise on adapting the business to regulations on plastics (such as the SUP Directive limiting single-use plastics) or the closed-loop economy, so that our clients are always ahead of legal requirements rather than merely reacting to them.
