Information clause on processing of personal data

On 25 May 2018, Regulation (2016/78) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC came into force. Below you will find information on how your data is processed after 25 May 2018.

The controller of your personal data will remain EKOPRO Group sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Zielona Góra (66-002) at ul. Nowy Kisielin - A.Wysockiego 4 (hereinafter the „Company”).

The Company will process the data collected from you in relation to the intention to conclude, or the performance of an already concluded contract for a product or service offered by the Company. The personal data obtained will be processed legally in order to prepare an initial offer, conduct marketing activities including direct marketing, and handle enquiries made using the contact form.

As part of their processing, the personal data collected from you will be able to be made available to authorised service providers other than the Company, e.g. the Accounting Office, IT services, consultants and other authorised entities, only to the extent specified by law.

The Company will process the data collected from you on a voluntary basis. Refusal to provide your data may prevent you from taking action, e.g. sending an offer, etc..

You will have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability of your personal data where and in accordance with data protection legislation.

In the event that your Company shares personal data with your employees, agents, directors, partners, associates, contractors, suppliers, beneficial owners or other persons, please inform these persons:

  • about the extent of personal data relating to these individuals and provided to the Company,
  • of the fact that the Company is the controller of their personal data and that it processes their personal data,
  • that you are the source from whom the Company has obtained their data.
