For companies throughout the Małopolska voivodship, registering in the BDO system and complying with current legislation is key to doing business in line with current standards.

Registration with BDO

The obligation to register with BDO covers entities:

  • generating waste and keeping records of waste;
  • those placing packaged products, vehicles, oils, lubricants, tyres, batteries or accumulators and electrical and electronic equipment on the domestic market;
  • producers, importers and intra-Community purchasers of packaging.

The registration process begins by filling in the relevant form available on the BDO system's official online platform. In the application, detailed information about the company and the waste generated by the activity should be provided.
