  • MPD number in BDO what it is and what it is used for

An MPD number in BDO is a place of business number and MPD itself means a place of business. BDO's official knowledge base explains that an MPD is most often a plant site or other place of business at a single address associated with the generation of non-municipal waste, collection or treatment of waste by a given waste holder.

  • BDO Entity Register

BDO entity register - how to check a company and what does the entry really say? The BDO Entity Register is one of the most important tools in the practice of an entrepreneur who...

  • BDO notification of waste collection

If you are looking for information on how to make a waste receipt declaration in BDO, the most important answer is that there is no separate form called „waste receipt declaration” in the BDO system. In practice, it is a matter of issuing the correct waste transfer document. For most waste, this will be a Waste Transfer Note (KPO), and when collecting municipal waste from property owners, a Municipal Waste Transfer Note (MTC) is used.

  • BDO and hairdressing salon

The most important information for the hairdressing salon owner is that the mere fact of providing hairdressing services does not automatically imply an obligation to register with BDO. Official BDO materials indicate that operators of small service activities, including hairdressing, are exempt from registration in the BDO register as generators of municipal waste. In practice, this means that if a salon only generates municipal waste and operates under a standard collection system for such waste, this fact alone does not yet create an obligation to register.

  • BDO proposal

The phrase „BDO application template completed” is very understandable from an entrepreneur's perspective. When someone encounters the BDO register for the first time, he or she naturally looks for an example: what a correctly completed form looks like, what to enter in the various fields and how to avoid mistakes that will prolong the whole procedure. The problem is that the BDO does not have a one-size-fits-all paper template to download and fill in manually. Official sources make it clear that the application for registration, updating and deletion is only submitted online, directly in the BDO system.

  • BDO report correction how to correct a report

A correction of the BDO report is possible and, in practice, often necessary when, after sending the annual report, the entrepreneur notices an error in the data, waste weights, codes, recovery levels or other information shown in the system. The most important answer is that the correction is created directly in BDO, from the list of reports, by selecting the option „Create correction”. The official instructions show that when this function is activated, the system generates a duplicate of the original report, gives it a new business number and a status of „Working”, so that the user can edit the document and resubmit it.

  • BDO conclusions

The biggest problem entrepreneurs have with the application module in BDO is not logging into the system itself, but choosing the right form. In practice, very often companies already know that they have to „report something” in BDO, but they are not sure whether it is a new entry, an update of data or a complete deletion from the register. Official BDO sources separate these situations very clearly: for a new obligation there is a registration application, for a change of data there is an update application, and for a permanent termination of the activity covered by the entry there is a deletion application.

  • BDO autohandel

In the case of autotrading, the most important distinction is between the sale of cars itself and the introduction of vehicles into the national territory. From BDO's perspective, the obligation to register most often arises not because the company sells cars, but because it imports or makes an intra-Community acquisition of new or used vehicles and introduces them for the first time into the territory of Poland for distribution.
